Cursive and Print Writing Workshop for Children

A structured handwriting development program designed to improve writing speed, letter formation, spacing, alignment, and overall legibility.

This workshop is ideal for:

• Children who struggle to write letters and words in a clear and legible manner 

• Students who write slowly and lose marks due to poor presentation

• Early writers who are just beginning to form letters

• Children transitioning from print to cursive writing

• Older students writing only in block letters who wish to learn cursive

Extended school breaks, especially during summer, can lead to reduced writing practice and loss of fluency. This program helps maintain and strengthen writing consistency during that period. For parents seeking a focused summer handwriting class in Bangalore that delivers structured improvement rather than casual practice, this workshop provides curriculum-guided skill development.

The Brain Training Program is designed to enhance your child’s problem-solving ability, visual attention, split attention, selective attention, imagination, sitting tolerance, memory, and logical reasoning skills. This structured cognitive development program helps children strengthen essential executive functioning abilities that directly support academic performance and classroom engagement.

Through guided activities and targeted exercises, children learn to:

• Sustain attention for longer durations

• Improve selective and split attention

• Strengthen working memory

• Develop logical reasoning patterns

• Enhance visual processing skills

• Build imagination and flexible thinking

• Increase sitting tolerance and task persistence

As these core cognitive skills improve, children become better equipped to maintain focus, concentrate on specific tasks, and complete activities with greater accuracy and confidence. Progress is systematically observed and monitored. With consistent participation, measurable improvement in attention span, concentration, and task completion can be noticed within a short period.

This is one of the very few structured and graded spelling programmes available for children in India. Designed specifically for early academic years, the curriculum follows a level-based progression that enables children to systematically build spelling accuracy and confidence.

The programme introduces children to:

• Foundational spelling patterns

• Phonetic spelling rules

• Common spelling conventions used in English

• Word families and structured vocabulary development

• Rule-based spelling strategies for long-term retention

By learning spelling rules instead of memorising isolated word lists, children develop deeper understanding and stronger written accuracy. This structured approach supports improved school performance across subjects and prepares children for spelling competitions and language-based assessments. Early mastery of spelling enhances reading fluency, writing clarity, vocabulary growth, and overall language development.

Due to strong demand for structured spelling programmes, the Summer Camp batches are expected to fill quickly. Regular batches are already at capacity.

Our unique Speak-UP Program is specifically designed to enhance your child’s speaking skills across a wide range of real-life social and academic situations. From responding confidently to teachers in the classroom, asking doubts without hesitation, interacting with peers in parks or playgrounds, to participating in school plays, dramas, and annual day events, this program builds practical communication competence that children use every day.

Consider the many social scenarios your child encounters daily:

• Making new friends

• Expressing ideas clearly

• Asking questions confidently

• Sharing information

• Participating in group discussions

• Speaking on stage or in assemblies

Effective verbal communication forms the foundation of these interactions. Strong speaking skills directly influence self-confidence, social comfort, classroom participation, and overall personality development.

The Speak-UP Program guides children through a structured journey of self-discovery and confidence-building. Through age-appropriate activities, guided speaking exercises, structured expression tasks, and interactive group engagement, children learn to:

• Organize their thoughts clearly

• Speak with clarity and fluency

• Reduce hesitation and stage fear

• Develop expressive vocabulary

• Improve articulation and voice modulation

• Build social confidence in group settings

In a supportive and encouraging environment, children gradually open up, express their thoughts freely, and overcome inhibitions. The program focuses not only on public speaking but on everyday communication competence that strengthens both academic and social success.

Advaitam recognises that every child is unique. Each learner progresses at a different pace, responds differently to instruction, and requires individual attention to strengthen specific skill areas. While schools in India are increasingly aware of differentiated learning approaches, providing consistent personalised attention within larger classroom settings remains a practical challenge. Our English Foundation Program bridges that gap.

The program is designed to adapt to each child’s learning response. Instruction is continuously observed, assessed, and refined to suit the child’s comprehension level, pace, and confidence. Ongoing modifications ensure that learning remains effective, structured, and aligned with individual progress.

The English Foundation Program provides comprehensive language development through structured modules covering:

• Reading comprehension

• Listening comprehension

• Grammar fundamentals

• Vocabulary building

• Sentence construction

• Creative writing skills

By strengthening both receptive skills (reading and listening) and expressive skills (speaking and writing), the program ensures balanced and complete English language development. This structured foundation supports improved academic performance, clearer written expression, stronger comprehension ability, and greater classroom confidence.

Materials for this program: We will provide the writing sheets as required.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable. All fees mentioned are for each child. Fees are not transferable, non-refundable or adjustable

• Summer camp fees are subject to change without notice. 

• All sessions must be completed within the mentioned validity period, failing which the remaining sessions will lapse.

• Enrollments are done on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Enrollments are non-transferable and cannot be shared between different programs.

• Please provide full residential address, contact numbers, and photographs during registration (Mandatory).

• Ensure that Advaitam’s contact number is saved in your mobile phone to receive communication via WhatsApp and SMS.

• Advaitam will send communication through WhatsApp and SMS. All parents are requested to regularly check and read the messages.

• The centre reserves the right to accept or reject any enrollment without assigning any reason. The centre may discontinue any enrollment after completion of the paid sessions.

• Full fees must be paid in advance for the required sessions of all selected activities and are non-refundable. Part payment is not accepted.

• All offers are applicable only for the duration and fee amount mentioned in the offer conditions. Any other duration or amount will be charged at regular (non-offer) fees.

• Extension of an existing package must be done at least 3 working days in advance before the end date by making full payment. The seat will be blocked in the same batch/time slot subject to availability.

• Parents who wish to discontinue are advised to complete all sessions within the validity period before discontinuing, since fees are non-refundable.

• Batch timings and schedules must be strictly followed. In case of late arrival to class, the session timings will not be extended.

• In case of late pickup after activities, the next session of the program will be utilized.

• For holidays declared by us, appropriate compensatory sessions will be provided with advance intimation.

• For the program to be effective and beneficial, children should attend sessions as per the schedule. Irregular attendance may affect results, and desired benefits may not be achieved.

• Seats will not be blocked until the fees are paid in full and sessions have commenced. Any delay in starting the session may result in the seat being allotted to another student.

• The centre reserves the right to offer seats to other students in case of irregular attendance or non-payment of fees. Any balance sessions will be accommodated based on a mutually agreed date and time.

• The centre reserves the right to change timings and schedules as required, with advance intimation.

• Fees may be revised from time to time, without prior notice, as per market conditions and to maintain desired quality standards.

• The child is expected to attend the camp independently without parents inside the classroom. Parents are not allowed inside the classrooms during sessions for security reasons.

• Young children are expected to be toilet trained.

• Children are expected to follow all safety protocols. Please ensure your child brings their own water bottle.

• Children are expected to enjoy their time at the centre while maintaining discipline and not causing harm to other children or damage to property. In case of loss or damage to property, toys, or educational materials, appropriate compensatory charges will be applied as per the current market value of the relevant item.

Yes! We have a philosophy for our summer camp as well :)

• We believe a summer camp is not about your kids spending time doing "whatever" :), it's about spending quality time doing meaningful things!

• We are committed to giving your child individualised care of the highest calibre. We work in small batches and with a clear focus. We don't group a lot of kids together in one batch.

• We completely let you decide what your child wants. As a result, you can choose only the programmes in which your child is interested rather than being forced to pay for anything.

• We also give you tremendous flexibility in choosing the following

  • The date you want to start

  • How many hours in a day you want your child to be in the camp e.g.1 hr, 2 hrs, etc :)

  • How long you want your childs summer camp to be e.g. 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 5 weeks etc

• We completely let you decide what your child wants. As a result, you can choose only the programmes in which your child is interested rather than being forced to pay for anything.
